Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days, except for pre-sale items, which will be processed after the launch of the item. Signed and remark options will take an additional 2 - 4 weeks to complete. Graded options will take an additional period (2 - 5 months) for processing based on CGC turnaround time.
Shipping Methods: For Singapore orders, we offer local shipping with tracking by Singapore Post or pick ups at selected LCS or events. For all international orders, we offer international tracked shipping to ensure that your orders will reach you in a safe and timely manner.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. Chiral Comics is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred at customs.

Change of Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are offered only if your item arrives in a condition that is below the listed standards, or if your package is missing or lost in transit. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence provided.
